Mrs. Elma M. Murray, late of Rt. 1, Wilsonville, died in Hillsboro Dec 9.  Services were held Dec. 12 in the chapel of Holman, Hankins Rilance, Oregon City, with interment in Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Sherwood.  The Rev. Eugene Ross was in charge of the services.
 
Mrs. Murray was born April 5, 1891, at Hoodview in Clackamas County, the daughter of Oregon pioneers, Calvin and Lucinda Sumner,  She had lived in Clackamas County most of her life.  On June 12, 1914, she was married to Walter Murray, who preceded her in death, in July, 1962.  She was a member of Wilsonville United Methodist Church and the Women's Society of Christian Service.
 
Surviving are a son, Walter D. of Eugene; five daughters, Mrs. Linebaugh of Newport; Mrs. Ben (Melva) Vilhauer of West Linn; Mrs. Joe (Bernice) Marcroft of Salem; Mrs. Scanlon of Toleda; and Mrs. Charles (Barbara) Boozier of Wilsonville; as sister, Mrs. Ada Tong of Oregon City; 21 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
